S'mores...Oh Sweet Deliciousness!

We all love that super sweet taste of a freshly made campfire s'more! You know....that little bit of dirt, that smokey flavor! Then that great sticky mess that we always get on us no matter how hard we try not to! But, one little problem it's not as if we can just go camping whenever we want to! We have those stupid responsibilities called jobs and school. Oh well. Looks like we can't enjoy that sweet gooey goodness anytime soon huh? WRONG!

Yes! Yours truly has created the ultimate campfire snack in my oven!!!

How you ask me, with shining childhood happiness in your eyes! Why, allow me to tell you! I want this happy giddiness to fill your eyes and heart as well! And what a great way to share such a special treat with your own children! Especially on the go!

For Authentic tasting S'mores......

2 packages of Graham Crackers
4 Tbls Butter (use real butter tastes so much better then margarine)
1 bag Small Marshmellows
1 bag of milk chocolate (try Hershey's Nuggets)
Cupcake Liners

Preheat oven 350.

Crunch up the crackers into tiny bits and pieces.
Melt the butter and pour it over the broken Graham crackers.
Mix them up thoroughly.

Line a cupcake pan with the cupcake papers.
Then mush and pack the cracker mix into the bottom.
Fill each cupcake spot halfway with cracker mix!
You should use all of it for 12 cupcake spots!

Bake for 9 minutes.
Pull out and place the chocolate....use as much or as little as you want! Or just one Nugget for each spot!
Then Pack in the marshmellows!
Place it back into the over for another minute to 2 minutes. Just enough to melt the chocolate and allow the marshmellows to cook like they would on a campfire!

Eat them fresh out of the over or let them cool off!
Or warm them slightly....about 15seconds is good....later on!
This is a great treat for July 4th! Especially if you are going somewhere to watch fireworks!

Happy eating!!!
Dottie ^_^
