Munster Meatballs!!!

Alright all you mamas out there! Do I have a really easy to make dinner for you! One of the fun things about this easy to make recipe is that the kids can help! Which can make for fun memories in the kitchen. :) One of my favorite things about isn't that messy!

Meat + Cheese = happy tummies! Enough with my chitter chatter I'm sure I sound like a squirrel! hehehe!

Munster Meatballs

1 1/2-2lbs ground hamburger
1 6oz pkg Stuffing (or seasoned bread crumbs)
2/3 cup water
1 16oz pkg Block Munster Cheese
1 muffin pan

Preheat oven to 350.

Mix meat, stuffing, and water together with your hands. Squish and squash away!!! This is the fun part for the kiddos!
While they are squishing and giggling away, cut chunks of the cheese. Use whatever size you want, just make sure the meat is able to surround it when you put it in the muffin tray.

Fill Half of each muffin cup with the meat mixture.
Place your cheese in the middle.
Fill the rest of the muffin cup with meat.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done.

I used this awsome 1"x1"x1" square cake pan that has 12 squares. The meatballs were huge and cooked perfectly through at 20 minutes with the cheese inside as well!

Be sure to pull the meatballs right out when they are finished cooking. That way you can go ahead and drain the grease and makes for easier clean up.

Use your favorite bbq sauce or on pasta! This recipe is so versatile!

Sweet BBQ Sauce
1 part crushed pineapple
1 part favorite BBQ sauce (honey chipotle is mine)
Generous Sprinkle of Brown Sugar

Mix thoroughly and serve with your Munster Meatballs!

There are so many ways to use these great meatballs for meal time!
Meatball sandwhiches
BBQ Meatballs
Pasta and Meatballs
Meatballs by themselves

The possibilities are endless my dears! Get your creativity going and make some nom nom food!!!
