Dijon Pork Chops

I wanted to make something delicious and filling for my hubby who had worked all day in the rain. What better then a casserole styled dinner! Simple and easy.

Dijon Pork Chops
Use your favorite cut of pork.
Using the following seasonings as a dry rub, coat the meat.
Papirika, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder
Generously Slather it in Dijon Mustard.

Slice up some bell peppers, sweet peppers, whatever peppers! ;)

 Layer in a casserole dish:
pork on bottom
Cheese (I always say the more cheese the merrier!)
Bread crumbs to cover all the cheese.

Cook at 350 in the oven until the pork is fully cooked.
averages about 30 minutes.
I start at 20 minutes and then add 10 minute increments until fully cooked.

Now, you can eat this by itself or place it on a bed of rice or pasta!
Cook your favorite veggie and pull out some rolls or bread and there you go. Dinner is served!
